Instant Messaging

That is a pretty cool thing. I have had some experience with it not just with the libraries but with insurance rates, and some online department shopping. I like being able to "talk" with someone when I am on a website with questions. And really had positive experiences with it.

12- Now that is what I call technology. I feel it is a great way to reach out to our customers even before they enter the doorway to one of our libraries. The technology to tell our customers info online is the way of the future.
